Making A Difference
Technology should be for everyone. That’s why diversity and accessibility aren’t just buzzwords for us—they’re foundational values. We’re committed to ensuring that every voice is heard and every user is considered.
We know that the tech industry has a long way to go in these areas, and we’re determined to be part of the solution. That’s why we pledge 1% of our revenue to support 501(c)(3) initiatives that focus on at-risk communities, mental health, and youth sports. It’s a small but meaningful way to ensure that our success translates into tangible benefits for those who need it most.

Diversity, Accessibility, and Purpose

We also recognize that not every organization has the resources to access professional digital services. Nonprofits, especially those making a significant impact in their communities, often struggle to afford the kind of support that can take their mission to the next level. That’s why we offer select pro-bono services—helping these organizations amplify their impact through better technology and design.
Measuring Impact: More Than Just Numbers
We’ll be honest: quantifying the actual impact of volunteering, mentoring, and donating services isn’t easy. While our 1% revenue pledge is a concrete commitment, the ripple effects of our time and expertise are more challenging to quantify. But we believe that’s okay. The important thing is to keep showing up, giving, and learning how we can improve.
Our approach will naturally evolve over time. Some years, we may focus more on youth sports; others, on mental health or community development. The needs of the world are constantly evolving, and we strive to adapt our efforts accordingly.
A Personal Commitment to Service
This isn’t just a company initiative—it’s personal. Long ago, I thought of being a brother of the church, a teacher, or a firefighter. Somewhere along the way, as adulthood took over, I lost touch with that deep commitment to service. But I never forgot the importance of giving back.
I had the opportunity to coach Kids CrossFit for a couple years, which reignited my appreciation for working with children—especially using physical activity as a tool to help them build resilience and prepare for life’s challenges. While I may not always be physically present in every space I care about, I can still invest resources, energy, and expertise in supporting those who are.
Looking Forward
Our journey is just beginning. We’re excited to see how our efforts—and our impact—will grow and evolve over time. We invite you to join us, whether as a client, a collaborator, or a fellow advocate for positive change.
Together, we can build digital experiences that bring joy—and make the world a little bit better along the way.
